  1. Do have any kind of nutrient breakdown of nettle tea from dried leaves? For example in one cup of tea what percentage are you satisfying of your daily value (for iron, for vitamin C, calcium, etc.). I haven’t found anything on the web that shows exactly for each nutrient what amount you are getting. Even an estimate of iron would be helpful.

Although I can’t reliably estimate the amount of different nutrients in nettle tea (especially because every cup is different), I will say that having two cups every day will definitely allow many important nutrients into your body and will definitely have huge health benefits!
